Sephora Retail Marketing Project Manager

- Develop and execute retail marketing assets for European markets, focusing on both permanent and non-permanent elements.
- Create strategic plans and briefs for retail marketing activations, including non-permanent in-store assets such as GWP, FOS tables, and gondolas.
- Design strategies for permanent in-store marketing assets like shopping bags, uniforms, and gifting assets.
- Coordinate signage strategies to ensure clarity and consistency across all marketing messages.
- Lead the development of detailed briefs, incorporating market needs and post-campaign analyses.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely and sustainable delivery.
- Collaborate with designers to develop impactful and unique retail marketing assets.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to inspire creative solutions.
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless asset deployment and market communication.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing animations through store visits and post-mortem reports.
- Focus on sustainability and upcycling of marketing assets post-use.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade or retail marketing, preferably within the beauty sector.
- Experience in luxury retail or with a retailer is advantageous.
- International experience is highly regarded.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Forward-thinking and business-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and rigorous approach to project management.
- Excellent team collaboration and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation in both French and English.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
