Sephora Retail Marketing Project Manager

- Implement and deploy key consumption periods and other major initiatives across stores.
- Develop and produce in-store visibility elements such as windows, animation boutiques, and beauty hubs.
- Manage the operational deployment of event facades.
- Create and develop promotional items and manage stock entry with supply.
- Communicate information to the network through the creation of animation books.
- Deploy all event projects including festivals, pop-ups, and local and national events.
- Coordinate event projects with internal and external teams.
- Act as a reference for local animations in shopping centers.
- Manage associated budgets.
- Organize and coordinate store openings and inaugurations.
- Develop flagship promotional items.
- Design and produce promotional signage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Bac+5)
- At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in event management or retail.
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
- Creative with attention to detail
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong marketing sensitivity
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
