Sephora Retail Marketing Manager

- Manage all trade marketing elements linked to customer experience and journey in-store.
- Lead the planning and execution of the retail marketing calendar for Sephora Middle East across all regions.
- Oversee the execution and development of the in-store animation calendar, ensuring all 360 touchpoints are met.
- Directly manage and lead all in-store builds, developments, and pop-ups as required.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all 360 touchpoints are met during key commercial periods and thematic animations.
- Manage the design and execution of all in-store visibility elements, including visual merchandising and regional animation rollouts.
- Build and maintain in-store guidelines and requirements in coordination with Sephora EME.
- Facilitate and execute all stages of the animation process, ensuring delivery of qualitative and relevant messaging.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure impactful customer journey touchpoints.
- Manage timelines, key documents, and trackers for all countries to ensure deliverables and due dates are met.
- Oversee retail marketing support and activities for store openings and events.
- Maintain the yearly budget for animation, in-store marketing, and other retail activities.
- Lead the execution and build of attractive in-store designs for various category fixtures.
- Develop and maintain animation fixture guidelines, including regional pop-ups and permanent fixtures.
- Manage agency and supplier relations, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of materials.
- University degree in marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in English with excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel for business within the region.
3-4 years of experience in the marketing or visual merchandising field within a medium to large organization.
University degree in marketing or a related field.
