Sephora Retail Marketing Intern

- Assist in coordinating all in-store retail elements according to the thematic calendar.
- Support all stages of the animation process, including design, coordination, production, and execution.
- Assist with visual merchandising guidelines and requirements as per retail team needs.
- Maintain and update all animation trackers and documents.
- Coordinate and store all assets received weekly as per the activation calendar.
- Facilitate LCD/LED screen updates across markets, ensuring timely and accurate video customization.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for weekly and bi-weekly updates.
- Create presentation slides for key weekly meetings, including trade and omnichannel meetings.
- Assist in rolling out and tracking category fixtures across the network.
- Conduct store visits during thematic launches to ensure quality and timely installation of fixtures.
- Perform competitive store checks as required.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in marketing and operations to ensure timely retail activations.
- Support brand activations team with asset tracking and coordination.
- Assist with content briefs and campaign briefing documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and logistics for new openings, closures, or renovations.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for special project developments.
- University diploma
- Fluency in English
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Authentic communication, coordination, and influencing skills
Beginner level experience in a related field.
University diploma required.
