- Deploy in-store activations related to Sephora's institutional animations, gifting moments, and major brand launches.
- Manage institutional opening and reopening events.
- Monitor the execution and results of beauty services.
- Identify and collect retail needs to develop tools and activations for differentiation.
- Coordinate activations, including briefing hostesses/stewards and aligning with stores and agencies.
- Supervise materials and in-store setups.
- Launch activations and manage photo/video content.
- Conduct redemption analysis and collect feedback.
- Participate in kick-off meetings, define setups, and consumer activities for opening and remodeling events.
- Coordinate pre/post-event animations and in-store services.
- Align with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams.
- Supervise materials, activation launches, KPI analysis, and feedback collection.
- Manage in-store communication, material adaptations, and sharing with stores and warehouses.
- Define touchpoints for online booking, monitor KPIs, and manage reservations.
- Share guidelines and attend training sessions.
- Follow up on service launches, tracking verification, materials, and digital tools.
- Update materials and Service Book.
- Conduct performance analysis and implement improvement actions.
- Control in-store execution.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and KPIs.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in retail marketing, events, or trade marketing is required.
