1. Contribute to the development of retail campaigns for Sephora EME.
2. Propose creative and impactful Visual Merchandising concepts to enhance product offerings.
3. Coordinate and follow up on projects with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Ensure adherence to timelines and proper execution of guidelines across markets.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing or Visual Merchandising.

1. Creativity and attention to detail with a passion for Visual Merchandising or design.
2. Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to adapt and overcome challenges.
3. Strong organizational skills to manage operational complexity and multiple projects.
4. Team player with an open mind, willing to learn and grow with team members.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally suited for students or recent graduates.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Marketing or Visual Merchandising.
