Sephora Retail Marketing Assistant Intern

- Collaborate with internal departments such as Retail Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain, as well as with selective and exclusive brands and partner suppliers.
- Ensure integration and updates of visual merchandising projects, including Sephora Collection and various brand initiatives.
- Coordinate project briefs, follow-ups, prototypes, integrations, updates, and manage inventory and publications.
- Manage orders and stock of 15,000 references, considering budgets, depletion rates, and order recommendations.
- Develop and optimize the Print Factory tool, enhancing user interface, article designation, and training materials.
- Support field teams with order tracking, quality control, and operational implementation.
- Conduct store visits to verify trade implementations and gather feedback.
- Assist project managers with one-off projects such as the deployment of specific furniture and brand POS materials.
- Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or E-commerce.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in the luxury and cosmetics sector.
- Enthusiastic, committed, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Beginner level experience, suitable for students in their final year or gap year.
Pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or E-commerce.
