1. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of store openings and renovations.
2. Lead operational efforts for store openings and renovations.
3. Draft briefs for service providers, validate proofs and costings.
4. Manage orders for materials, merchandising displays, and trade marketing in coordination with brands, suppliers, and internal Sephora teams.
5. Create implementation books for service providers and store teams.
6. Support store teams in advance, monitor installations, and manage after-sales service.
7. Assist the network of 300 stores in operational implementation.
8. Publish communications for stores regarding operational actions.
9. Survey network needs and manage daily after-sales service issues.
10. Conduct store visits to ensure proper operational execution.
11. Verify trade implementations according to the animation book.
12. Guide teams in visual merchandising setup.
13. Collect feedback from the network during visits and implement corrective actions if necessary.
14. Collaborate with trade and visual merchandising project managers.
15. Assist the team with ad-hoc projects such as furniture deployment and brand display development.

1. Pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree (final year internship or gap year).

1. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
2. Organized and meticulous.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Interest in the luxury and cosmetics sector.
5. Enthusiastic, committed, dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students in their final year or during a gap year.

Pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree.
