- Collaborate with internal departments such as Retail Marketing, IT, Supply, and Operations, as well as selective and exclusive brands and partner suppliers.
- Ensure integration and updates of visual merchandising projects, including Sephora Collection and various brand initiatives.
- Coordinate project briefs, prototypes, integrations, updates, and manage article publications and controls.
- Manage orders and stock of 5,000 references, considering budgets, turnover rates, and order recommendations.
- Develop and optimize the Print Factory tool, enhancing user interface and functionality.
- Support field teams with order tracking, quality control, and operational implementation.
- Publish communications on the Inside platform and draft operational messages for the France, Luxembourg, and Monaco store network.
- Conduct store visits to ensure operational execution and provide feedback reporting.
- Assist project managers with specific projects such as furniture deployment and brand POS material development.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or E-commerce.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in the luxury and cosmetics sector.
- Enthusiastic, committed, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required, although familiarity with the luxury or cosmetics industry is advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
