1. Manage operational aspects of store openings, renovations, and closures, including coordination with service providers and validation of estimates.
2. Coordinate orders for merchandising and trade marketing materials in collaboration with brands, suppliers, and internal teams.
3. Support store teams in preparation and oversee installations, including site visits across France and after-sales service management.
4. Facilitate communication between headquarters and stores through the Inside platform, drafting operational messages for the France, Luxembourg, and Monaco networks.
5. Conduct store visits to ensure proper operational execution and provide feedback on visual merchandising implementations.
6. Collaborate with trade and visual merchandising project managers on special projects such as specific furniture deployment and brand promotional materials.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree, ideally in the final year of study or during a gap year.

1. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong interest in the luxury and cosmetics sector.
4. Enthusiastic, committed, and dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills.

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in luxury and cosmetics is essential.
