1. Lead and manage a retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

5. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
6. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales KPIs and results-oriented mindset.
4. High proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
