- Oversee commercial management and strategic planning for network expansion.
- Drive retail network to achieve commercial objectives including sales, profit, and service indicators.
- Cultivate an enthusiastic store culture aligned with Sephora's DNA and experiences.
- Manage sales budgets and shop profitability for each store.
- Develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.
- Analyze business trends and conduct deep-dive analyses on selected stores.
- Ensure full implementation of Store Operations Manual.
- Own the store audit process and devise action plans for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with regional retail managers for best practices sharing.
- Enhance customer omni-experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with Marketing and E-Commerce teams for seamless customer experience.
- Coach Store Managers and develop store teams to deliver KPIs.
- Identify and develop key talents for future store management roles.
- Support network growth strategies and expansion with the General Manager.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of store performance and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 8 years of professional operational experience in retail.
- Preferably with a beauty background, but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent people management and development abilities.
- Operations-minded with hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills for large-scale initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Result-oriented with KPI setting and achievement capabilities.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
Minimum 8 years of professional operational experience in retail, preferably within the beauty sector.
Bachelor's degree required.
