- Serve as a role model by delivering the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's DNA of providing a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Senior Beauty Advisors.
- Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the management team.
- Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, confidently making store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to work a 38-hour rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture
- Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
