1. Serve as a role model by delivering the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's DNA.
2. Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed KPIs, enhancing team performance through coaching and development.
3. Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
4. Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the Management team.
5. Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters, making confident store decisions in a fast-paced environment.

1. Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.

1. Leadership and motivational skills to inspire and coach the store team.
2. Strong client service orientation and passion for experiential retail.
3. Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback, career development, and recognition.
4. Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous experience in retail management with a focus on sales, team leadership, and operational excellence is required.
