- Serve as a role model by delivering the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's DNA.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed KPIs, enhancing team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the Management team.
- Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters, making confident store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Leadership and motivational skills to inspire and coach the store team.
- Strong client service orientation and passion for experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback, career development, and recognition.
- Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Previous experience in retail management with a focus on sales, team leadership, and operational excellence is required.
