Sephora Retail HR Assistant

- Administer personnel processes for the flagship store: prepare and issue hires (DPAE, employment contracts), onboarding packs (uniforms, badges, lockers) and contract amendments.
- Record payroll-relevant data (absences, lateness, sick leave), process requests for advances and maintain accurate entries in the HRIS/ERP.
- Coordinate statutory requirements: manage medical visits (hire, return-to-work), report workplace accidents and maintain legal posting obligations.
- Maintain and audit personnel files: update attendance records, ensure mandatory signature collection, control archiving and ensure compliance with labour rules.
- Support weekly planning: publish weekly rosters on time, attend planning committee and share KPIs to ensure equitable scheduling and monitor annualisation counters.
- Monitor absences and produce regular reporting in coordination with GA and GP teams.
- Contribute to onboarding by delivering individual welcome points for new hires and running employee workshops on HR topics (e.g. payslip literacy, tool usage).
- Participate in local HR communications and initiatives (engagement surveys, inclusion & diversity, values campaigns) and support recruitment activities (CV screening, pre-qualification, interview participation).
- Respond to ad hoc HR requests and act as a primary contact for store teams on payroll and personnel-administration matters.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent; Bac+4/Master’s preferred.
- 2–3 years' experience as an HR Assistant or similar; prior retail experience is a strong advantage.
- Confidentiality, rigour and autonomy in handling sensitive employee information.
- Clear verbal communication and confidence speaking in front of store teams.
- Solid knowledge of French labour law and statutory HR obligations.

2–3 years' experience in an HR assistant or people operations role; retail exposure preferred.
Bac+3 (Bachelor's) in Human Resources or equivalent; Bac+4 (Master’s) desirable.
