1. Oversee and manage daily retail operations at the designated location.
2. Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
4. Participate in strategic retail projects with a focus on expansion.
5. Facilitate onboarding and continuous professional development for team members.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Ability to analyze and manage KPIs effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on results.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
