1. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for retail stores and leadership.
2. Ensure all communications are relevant, accurate, and support exceptional execution.
3. Champion storytelling to create engaging and informative content.
4. Evaluate and manage communication requests to align with global priorities.
5. Oversee content management for communication and learning platforms.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic communication plans.
7. Engage with business partners to ensure accurate information dissemination.
8. Drive continuous improvement in communication processes and tools.
9. Travel to Sephora stores to monitor project progress and gather feedback.
10. Lead special projects to ensure alignment with business goals.

1. 2–4+ years of experience in retail communications or a professional communication environment.
2. Retail experience preferred.
3. Degree in Communications or Business.

1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office, especially Microsoft Word.
3. Experience with Retail Zipline is a plus.
4. Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
6. Independent thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

2–4+ years of experience in retail communications or communications in a professional environment.

Degree in Communications or Business.

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,000.00 - $109,000.00. Eligibility for bonuses may apply.
