- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for retail stores and leadership.
- Ensure all communication materials are accurate, streamlined, and adhere to established standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and craft strategic communication plans.
- Engage proactively with business partners to ensure consistent and accurate information dissemination.
- Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong grammar and spelling proficiency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Retail Zipline is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to initiative-taking.
- Highly collaborative with excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
Experience in retail communications or a professional communications environment is preferred. Retail experience is advantageous but not required.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, with actual pay depending on qualifications and geographic location.
Interns will benefit from a dynamic learning environment with opportunities for professional development and networking. The program includes a one-week on-site experience in San Francisco and exposure to Sephora's career growth opportunities.
