1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Help customers understand and utilize the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
5. Stay informed about new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
6. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
7. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and enhance team performance.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work 3 full days across key trading times, including late-night and weekends.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
2. Strong observational skills to stay updated on beauty trends and products.
3. Ability to provide a personalized customer experience.

Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
