1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.
6. Maintain store standards and contribute to a positive team environment.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
3. Availability to work during key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

3. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Proficiency in promoting CRM programs and product features.

Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
