1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's product offerings across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share knowledge of iconic brands with team members and customers.
7. Support the store team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

3. Strong observational skills to stay updated on beauty trends and techniques.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and training.

Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
