1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote and educate customers on the benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest beauty trends.
6. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to enhance team performance.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
