1. Provide exemplary customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and utilizing Sephora's CRM program to enhance their beauty experience.
3. Stay informed about new products and beauty trends to offer knowledgeable advice.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance customer service.
6. Maintain availability for key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
