1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field training.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and enhance customer experiences.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work three full days, including late nights and weekends, during key trading times.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Ability to observe and adapt to new products and beauty trends.
3. Strong communication skills to effectively share product knowledge.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
