Sephora Retail Assistant

- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
- Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
- Engage in continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and in-store training sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to enhance team knowledge and customer service.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability to work three full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Keen interest in beauty products and trends.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
$28.08/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
