Sephora Retail Assistant

1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Assist customers in discovering the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to share with customers and team members.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Ability to work during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.

Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
