1. Inspire and assist customers in discovering and embracing their unique beauty needs.
2. Provide exceptional customer service across all departments, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in onboarding training and continuous learning via Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote and educate customers about Sephora's CRM program and its benefits.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share knowledge of iconic brands with customers and team members.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
2. Keen observation of new products and beauty trends.
3. Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.

Beginner level experience in sales or customer-facing roles is required.

$35.10 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
