1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote and explain the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program to customers.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.
6. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service roles is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
