1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote and explain the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and insights about iconic brands.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work three full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

2. Keen interest in beauty trends and techniques.
3. Ability to provide a superior customer experience.

Beginner-level experience in sales or a customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
