1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
5. Stay informed about new products, beauty trends, and techniques to better assist customers.
6. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
7. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and improve team performance.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Keen interest in beauty products and trends.
3. Ability to provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and techniques.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is desirable.

$35.10 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
