1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends.
6. Collaborate with team members to share and expand product knowledge.
7. Support store operations during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
3. Keen interest in beauty products and trends.
4. Adaptability to participate in continuous learning and training.

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service is required.

$27/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
