1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote and explain the benefits of Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to share with customers and team members.

1. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.

4. Willingness to learn and participate in continuous training.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.

$27/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
