1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Assist customers in understanding and utilizing Sephora's CRM program.
5. Stay informed about new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.
6. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.

$27 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday work.
