1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing the unique needs of each customer.
2. Assist customers in discovering the features and benefits of Sephora's products and CRM program.
3. Stay informed about new products, beauty trends, and techniques to offer knowledgeable advice.
4. Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to enhance team knowledge and customer experience.

1. Availability to work three full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

4. Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$27/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
