1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote and educate customers on Sephora's CRM program and its benefits.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and beauty trends.
6. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and store performance.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$27 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
