1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote and explain the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
4. Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work 3 full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
2. Strong observational skills for identifying customer needs and product trends.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team of Beauty Advisors.

Prior experience in sales or customer service roles within a retail setting is required.

$27 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
