- Inspire and assist customers in achieving their best selves through exceptional service.
- Work across various departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Promote and educate customers on the benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive store environment.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability to work during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong observational skills for identifying beauty trends and techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Passion for beauty and a commitment to continuous learning.
Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.
$27/hr + Super + Weekend loading
