- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing individual customer needs.
- Advise customers on beauty products, skincare, haircare, and wellness offerings.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
- Participate in continuous learning through online platforms and in-store training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance product knowledge and customer experience.
- Maintain awareness of new products and beauty trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Keen interest in beauty trends and products.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training sessions.
- Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.
