- Inspire and assist customers in becoming the best version of themselves.
- Work across various departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Provide a welcoming environment and listen to customers' unique needs.
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.
$27 per hour (Full-Time & Part-Time) + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
