1. Inspire and assist customers in becoming the best version of themselves.
2. Work across various departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Provide a welcoming environment and listen to customers' unique needs.
4. Help customers discover the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
5. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required.

$27 per hour (Full-Time & Part-Time) + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
