Sephora Retail Assistant

- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
- Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse product offerings across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Engage in continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and in-store training sessions.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program, highlighting its benefits to customers.
- Participate in cross-training and attend beauty expert training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance customer experience.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
- Keen interest in beauty trends and product knowledge.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Openness to learning and development.
Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
$27 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
