1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse product offerings across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Engage in continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and in-store training sessions.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program, highlighting its benefits to customers.
5. Participate in cross-training and attend beauty expert training sessions.
6. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance customer experience.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
2. Keen interest in beauty trends and product knowledge.
3. Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Openness to learning and development.

Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.

$27 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
