1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting products across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness departments.
3. Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Keen interest in beauty products and trends.
3. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
4. Willingness to learn and participate in training sessions.
5. Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
