1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to effectively advise customers.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

2. Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
3. Keen interest in beauty trends and products.
4. Willingness to learn and participate in continuous training.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.

$27 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
