1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Stay informed about new products and beauty trends to enhance customer experience.
6. Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
7. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and insights.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability for three full days of work, including late nights and weekends, particularly from Thursday to Sunday.

2. Strong observational skills for identifying customer needs and beauty trends.
3. Ability to provide personalized beauty advice and product recommendations.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
