1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's product offerings across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
3. Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share knowledge of iconic brands with customers and team members.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability to work three full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
2. Strong observational skills for identifying new products and beauty trends.
3. Ability to provide personalized customer experiences.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
