1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and insights.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability for three full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.

2. Keen observation of new products and beauty trends.
3. Ability to create an amazing customer experience.

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service roles.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
