1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Participate in initial onboarding and continuous learning through Sephora's online learning platform and field trainers.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends to share with customers and team members.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

3. Ability to provide a high-quality customer experience.

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.

$28.08/hr plus Superannuation and Weekend loading.
