1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Promote and educate customers about Sephora's CRM program and its benefits.
4. Engage in continuous learning through Sephora's online platform and in-store training sessions.
5. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share product knowledge and enhance customer experience.
6. Maintain store standards and contribute to a positive team environment.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Availability for key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
3. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

Prior experience in retail or a customer-facing role is required.

$28.08 per hour plus superannuation and weekend loading.
