1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Assist customers in discovering Sephora's diverse range of beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Stay informed about new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
5. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Share knowledge with team members and customers.
7. Support the store team in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.

1. Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Strong observational skills to keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge.
3. Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
4. Willingness to learn and participate in continuous training.

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is required.

$27/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
