1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing the unique needs of each customer.
2. Assist customers in discovering and selecting products across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories.
3. Promote Sephora's CRM program and educate customers on its benefits.
4. Participate in ongoing training and development through Sephora's online learning platform and in-store sessions.
5. Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and insights on new products and beauty trends.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
2. Keen interest in beauty trends and techniques.
3. Ability to provide a high level of customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
4. Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.

$27/hr plus superannuation and weekend loading.
