1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
2. Advise customers on beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
3. Facilitate customer engagement with Sephora's CRM program.
4. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
5. Maintain knowledge of new products and beauty trends.

4. Willingness to learn and share knowledge with team members.

Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.

$27/hr + Super + Weekend loading
