- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique customer needs.
- Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness products.
- Promote Sephora's CRM program and educate customers on its benefits.
- Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge and enhance team performance.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Availability to work three full days across key trading times, including late nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Keen interest in beauty trends and techniques.
- Ability to provide personalized product recommendations.
Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is required.
$27/hr + Super + Weekend loading
